RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Art Prints & Merchandise Due to the custom-printed nature of our products (including Art Prints, Canvases, Apparel, and Accessories), all items are final sale. Each piece is printed specifically for you upon order, meaning we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size/color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at teamdesk.meraki@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we evaluate the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or if the shipment goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our print partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Under EU law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, please note that this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since our items are custom-printed for each order, they fall under this exception. We only accept returns/refunds for EU customers if the items are damaged or defective.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at teamdesk.meraki@gmail.com.
