Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment Time

All our products are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, we need a bit of time to print and prepare it specifically for you.

  • It typically takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order.

  • Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped immediately.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times can be affected by local customs processes or courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of the items and the destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Teamdesk Meraki is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Damaged items: Please email us at teamdesk.meraki@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Lost packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
